For nearly 20 years, I lived the high-demand life. I was a corporate professional navigating complex challenges, a husband, and a father. On paper, I was successful. In reality, I was running on empty. Like many of the clients I work with today, I had sacrificed my health at the altar of my career and my responsibilities. I was tired, short-tempered, and my foundation was showing deep cracks. I wasn't managing my life, it was managing me.

I realized that I wouldn't dream of leading a business team without clear objectives, sustainable metrics, and a solid strategy - yet I wasn't leading my own life with any of those things. I decided to adopt a more structured framework to my own vitality and I recommitted to the pillars of Fuel, Strength, and Recovery.

The transformation wasn't just physical. Yes, I feel stronger and look better in my 40s than I did at 25, but the real ROI was internal. My mental clarity sharpened, my resilience under pressure increased, and most importantly, I have the surplus energy to be present and show up as the husband and father I wanted to be.

I founded Forge Coaching because I knew I wasn't alone. I've seen too many high-achievers in their 30s, 40s, and 50s who felt they had to choose between their success and their health. My mission is to show you that your best years are not behind you - they are waiting to be unleashed.

I combine certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition with two decades of business leadership to help you build a life that is as strong as the one you’ve worked so hard to create.
